Patrick Armstrong, Senior Paralegal

With 37 years of dedicated service to West & West, Greer & Estorga, Patrick has been an integral part of the firm’s real estate team since 1988. He began his career as the office runner, later served as a closing assistant for six years, and was promoted to closer in 1998.

Throughout his career, Patrick has found great joy in helping clients through one of life’s most meaningful milestones — the purchase or sale of a home. He takes pride in guiding clients through the process and witnessing the excitement on their faces at closing.

Outside of work, Patrick is an avid animal lover who donates his time and resources to adoption clinics and events. He is also a passionate motorcyclist who has ridden through all of the lower 48 states — many of them more than once — finding freedom and adventure on every ride.
